Currently all Not Authorized buses, cabs, taxis and chauffeur service arrive directly to the service center Largo della Pace, the main information point of the Port of Civitavecchia. From here you have to reach the docks through a free shuttle service.

Unless otherwise stated, credit card details are required only to guarantee the reservation. Drivers are to be paid in cash (Eur) when you reach your destination, 10% of extra charge for credit card payment.
NIGHT SERVICE. In the case of night service (22:00 – 06:00) there will be a surcharge of 9 Eur.
There will be no charge if you cancel your reservation by e-mail within at least 24 hours before date of requested service. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to debit the “no show fee” on your credit card which is the total amount (100%) of requested services.
If the wheelchair is foldable, and you do NOT need a ramp or elevator, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
If you have a foldable mobility scooter that once closed becomes like a suitcase, you can reserve a minivan or a van.
Please do not reserve a standard car or a Mercedes-Benz E Class if you have a foldable wheelchair or mobility scooter, cause your booking will be considered invalid.
All our prices for Private Transfers are for cash payment including Taxes and Fees. There is a 10% of extra charge for credit card payment.
Gratuities are not included, but you are not forced to tip a driver, give it to him only if he really satisfied you. A good tip goes from 5 to 10 euros.
Toddlers are not required to be in a car seat when riding in a taxi/limo. We encourage our clients to book at least a minivan, if you want to have 1 baby carseat in car (guaranteed at 99%). Although we will do everything possible this can not be 100% guaranteed.
We offer a DOOR-TO-DOOR SERVICE:
1) You will be picked / left in front of your hotel or private address in Rome.
2) Exactly under the ship at the Civitavecchia Port.
3) At your Terminal in Rome Airport.
Please put your arrival time. Your driver is aware that you need your time to take your luggage and pass customs. He will be on time to pickup you at the Meeting Point with a greeting board and your name on it.
Or viceversa? Yes we can, same price. So, in the booking form, please, select the route Civitavecchia Port to Fiumicino airport. In the comment field clarify that you need to go the an Hotel in Fiumicino (be sure it is located in Fiumicino like Hilton Airport or Hilton Garden Inn). We will dropoff you there.
Need a to be picked up from a Rome Airport Hotel? Select the route Fiumicino Airport to Civitavecchia Port, in the flight fields of the booking form put the hotel name and address. Clarify all in the comment field.
